izzy-radar — Speed Radar & Police Radar System for FiveM

📦 Overview

* Place speed radars on the road and issue automatic fines to speeders

* Works with ESX and QBCore (auto-detect)

* Police / sheriff / LSPD-style jobs place and remove radars

* Ambulance, mechanic, and similar jobs are whitelisted — no fines

* Two radar models — place them from inventory items

* Turkish and English notifications and menus

🚔 Police tablet

* Open the radar tablet with /tablet

* Map shows all radars — working and broken ones look different

* Tap a radar — see every vehicle caught at that spot

* Each entry: driver name, vehicle, plate, max speed, date and time

* Set a waypoint on the map — guide your unit to the location

* Your current street name shows at the top of the tablet

👤 Profile & records

* Caught driver names appear in the list — you know who drove through

* Who placed each radar is logged — easy team tracking

* Discord profile photo support — officer avatar in the UI (server config)

* Fines and violation logs are saved in the database

📡 Road radar placement

* Use the radar item — placement mode opens

* [W/A/S/D] move, [Q/E] rotate, [Shift/Ctrl] up/down

* [SCROLL] speed limit, arrow keys for range

* [ENTER] place, [BACKSPACE] cancel

* Set speed limit and detection range

* Nearby [target] to sabotage, repair, or remove

⚡ Speed violations & fines

* Vehicles over the limit are detected automatically

* Tolerance — small overages don’t fine instantly (configurable)

* Fines scale with how far over the limit — from 5 km/h to 200+ km/h tiers

* Cash or bank payment notifications

* Flash effect and driver alert (can be turned off)

* Cooldown stops spam fines at the same radar in a short window

🚓 In-vehicle radar (carRadar)

* /carRadar — emergency vehicles only (police, etc.)

* Front and rear scan — plate, live speed, max speed

* Modes: same direction, opposite, lock, speed limit

* States: no target / scanning / locked

* Drag and resize the HUD — edit mode, save your layout resetUI to reset the interface

🔧 Sabotage & repair

* Radars can be sabotaged — they stop working in that area

* Repair animation brings them back online

* Broken radars are clearly shown on the tablet map

* Placement hints, fine messages, and tablet text all match your choice
